Requirements for Filing Design Applications
1. An application in the prescribed form duly completed and signed by the applicant.
2. A Power of Attorney from the applicant to the agent who is responsible for the registration.
3. Three sets of technical drawings, in ink and on A4 size paper depicting the various views of the design.
4. Three sets of three dimension photos of the design.
5. Three pieces of actual sample of the design being registered.
6. A statement describing the features of the design which if is claimed to be included on the drawing.
7. A statement of novelty.
8. The prescribed application fee.
