AGIP Receives MIP Award for the Fifth Consecutive Year
20-Apr-2011 LONDON - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) has received the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) Award for being the top IP firm in the Middle East in 2011, fifth time in a row.
The 2011 Global Awards were presented at a ceremonial dinner held at The Dorchester Hotel in London with the particpation of global IP firms from Asia, Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
According to MIP, the awards recognize the achievements in the IP field for the year 2010, whether in prosecution, litigation, licensing or IP-related fields. The awards mark the culmination of MIP’s five month-long annual global survey of the leading IP firms in the world.
“This year the short listed included international known firms not only from our region, we are proud that we are able to serve our clients as they expect from us,” Charles Shaban, AGIP Executive Director.
It is worth mentioning that the MIP’s 2010 survey is the largest ever, covering 75 jurisdictions, and that the results of the survey are based on an extensive research and interviews with practitioners worldwide.
MIP, founded in 1990, is now firmly established as the leading international magazine for IP owners with more than 8, 000 readers across the globe. MIP is published 10 times a year and includes news, data, in-depth articles and interviews with influential IP figures.
