Yes.  The legalized Power of Attorney should be filed within 60 days and legalized Deed of Assignment, certified priority document, a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation should be filed within 90 days from the filing date with late filing charges. 


Yes, all the due annuities should be paid together with filing the PCT application. 


Yes, we can file the patent application with an Arabic translation of the Abstract and Title and a complete Arabic translation can be submitted within 90 days from the filing date. 


No, the National Phase of the PCT application should be filed at the Patent Office in Oman.
