- The ® symbol means that a trademark has been officially accepted for registration at the Trademark Office, and may be used with unregistered marks in Morocco.

- The © symbol refers to copyrights and may be used with both unregistered and registered copyrights.

The use of the aforesaid symbols is not mandatory in Morocco as the marking requirement is not applicable in our country.
