3- Scanned certified copy of the Company Commercial Register
4- Deed of assignment duly notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate.
5- Certified priority document, if priority is to be claimed.
6- Brief abstract showing the novelty elements of the subject design.
Change of Applicant's Name/Merger:
1- Original Power of Attorney duly notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate.
2- Original Certificate of Change of Name/Merger legalized up to Jordanian Consulate.
Assignment:
1- Original Power of Attorney duly notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate.
2- Assignment document notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate.
3- Scanned certified copy of the Company Commercial Register.
