Filing Requirements
Domain Name Applications

It is required for the domain name applicant to have a trademark application or registration in Turkey.

In  case  the  applicant  does  not  have  either  an  application  or  a  registration  in  Turkey,  the  below mentioned documents may also be base of a domain name application:

• Trademark registration in a foreign or home country,
• A copy of the distributorship/franchise agreement regarding the said mark in Turkey or sample of invoices regarding the sales of goods/services related to the mark in Turkey in order to prove the use of the same.

In addition to the above, Registry also requires following for the registration.

-A simply signed and stamped registration form, as attached. The said form should be printed on the letterhead of the applicant.

-Domain Name Server Name & Number.
