The Bahrain Patent office is currently not accepting applications for Utility Model protection in Bahrain. Although the Utility Models Law has been issued in Bahrain. However, the implementing regulations have not been enacted as yet. Therefore, it is not possible at present to file Utility Model applications in Bahrain.
