Requirements:
Requirements for Filing Copyright Application:

1. Simply signed Power of Attorney (scan copy is sufficient);

2. Copy of the work;

3. Copy ID of the applicant and the author;

4. Simply signed Declaration of copyright holder (scan copy is sufficient);

5. Simply signed Assignment if the applicant is not the author (scan copy is sufficient).

Recording Change of Name/Address

1. Simply signed Power of Attorney (scan copy is sufficient);

2. Document of change of name/address (scan copy is sufficient);

3. Copy of copyright registration; 

4. Copy ID of the applicant.

Recording Assignment

1. Simply signed Power of Attorney (scan copy is sufficient);

2. Copy of assignment agreement;

3. Deed of assignment notarized and legalized up to the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in the assignee’s country (scan copy is sufficient); 

4. Copy of copyright registration;

5. Copy ID of the applicant.

Recording License Agreement

1. Simply signed Power of Attorney (scan copy is sufficient);

2. Copy of license agreement;

3. Copy of copyright registration.
