AGIP Participates in INTA Leadership Meeting 2004

Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) Regional Office Executive Director, Charles Sha'ban, has participated in the International Trademark Association's (INTA) 2004 Leadership Meeting held in Phoenix, Arizona, USA November 10-13, 2004.

INTA Leadership Meeting 2004 brought together the board of directors, committee cha irs and vice chairs, subcommittee chairs, committee members, and past presidents to plan INTA's future, exchange ideas, conduct important business and network with their colleagues from around the world.
"Intellectual property experts met at INTA Leadership Meeting to present advanced educational sessions, providing attendees with valuable information on the hottest topics in trademark law, and work together in the different INTA committees that cover a wide spectrum of trademark related issues," Sha'ban, who is a member in the INTA Registration Practice & DNS Administration Subcommittee of the INTA Internet Committee for 2004-2006, stated.
The meeting tackled several themes surrounding the Madrid Protocol, Famous and Well-Known Marks, US Patent & Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and Negotiation Skills for Successful Mediations, in addition to other issues
