BAGHDAD – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property would like to inform its clients that the Iraqi Trademark Office has reduced the official fees for trademark services, in accordance with the Law No. 9 of 2010.

This decision has been announced after the publication of the new official tariff of charges in the Official Gazette No. 4154 dated June 7, 2010. The said reduced fees, among other fees, include the filing, publication, renewal, recordal of change of name/address or assignment fees.
 
Accordingly, our charge for certain trademarks services have been decreased in Iraq effective from the aforementioned date. Our website: www.agip.com shall display the new lists of decreased charges instead of the old ones.
